These guys were part of the first 'British Invasion' of the sixties. Their music is very reflective of that era, one belonging to paisley-shirts, and Cuban-heeled boots. My all time favorite was the Del Shannon penned: "Go To Pieces". All about unrequited, teenage love: what else? Great for fans of: Gerry and the Pacemakers, The Searchers, Dave Clark Five, and Herman's Hermits. Cheers!!

This is a good underrated duo. One of my favorites is an underrated song: [track artist=Peter & Gordon]The Green Leaves Of Summer (The Alamo)[/track] --- (psychedelic) folk-rock (I call it).

Seemed like there was a lot of copying, though. One song could travel the world through covers :P

I saw Peter and Gordon at Disney World in April 08. They still sounded great and seemed to have a good time playing all their songs. In 1975 Peter Asher did sing harmony with Carly Simon at a James Taylor concert ( he managed James who was one of the first artist signed by Apple Records) during the last song of the night.
