Nurse-Modus: Several New Alternative Layouts for Last.fm, a How-To:

1] Install the Firefox Add-On "Stylish", passionately recommended, lover, at best on Firefox 3 | Direct Installation Link
2] Click onto "Load into Stylish" at the respective userstyles.org page for the Layout you'd like to have
3] Done! Later on you can change your Last.fm style through the "Stylish" Menu at the right bottom of Firefox

A How-To for Safari I'm gonna add later.
