vegas is awesome! hope you had fun. yeah it gets pretty hot around here in the summer. it's not the best place to be haha. however, it's really nice in the winter. canadians love to flock here for the winter. :P

last i checked i listened to Nouns and The Slip in strictly digital form for at least a month before purchasing each - you know since the slip was GIVEN away and everthing - i didnt need to buy either of them for them to grab me - they did that upon the first set of listens, which was before i had a hard copy of either (and don't give me that jeff cause i listened to nothing but TVOTR for a nice little stint - or at least as long as i could) and im still listening to deerhunter - but lets put it this way - id much rather put my money into deerhunter tickets than a hard copy of a deerhunter cd - theyre just one of those bands, ya know? and fleet foxes i think is too conditional - i like it on bright and sunny mornings, but i dont want it to sleep to, or anytime in the afternoon really, thats just the way i hear it though. - - - - - this is always the problem with arguing about the best, theyre all really good so you cant say for sure unless its like some Kid A situation or something

Well, you haven't given every album a fair chance. Because you're obviously going to like the albums you bought more than the albums you didn't buy because that's just the way we are. You want to enjoy the albums you spent money on, so you force yourself to listen to it more than you would when you don't buy an album. That's why I've decided to not buy albums. Until I've decided the album is my favorite this year.
