It is for reflextion, it is for thinking, I have made 4 remixes of this tune-age along with JFK speeches, for a very dramatic effect!!

It was lovely to see an episode of the (excellent) Shock of the New the other day and hear this in the background as they showed scenes of the New York skyline and glistening glass facades.

The story behind the music, it was intended to be played as background music at the airport by the airport itself. This is the first of the "ambient" genre.

Events by this artist near you: * Apr 9 CONVERSATION PIECE: BRIAN ENO AND JON HASSELL Purcell Room, London, United Kingdom ... uhhh, no, I live in Australia. Anyway, back to the music. For a long ambient track, it's not the same thing over and over. This one can take you through five lifetimes, guide you through another universe and gently bring you home. Thanks Brian.

the story behind this album, and whiy not? the ambient genre is pretty interesting. Brian happend to fell down on pavement and was hitted by a car. Once in the hospital a friend of his came and left a harp album on the stereo, but just happend to leave it too low. Unable to change its volume, Brian had to listen to it at low decibel levels. From here, his inspirations in composing this album
