mte, the vocals weren’t perfect obviously and we can criticize them for it but overall the energy and atmosphere was amazing like they ate

the length of a song doesn't make it any worse or better, I love tons of 2 minute songs. All I am saying though, is that recently the length of songs have decreased, most likely due to tiktok and being streamed faster. that is just a fact. I should've maybe phrased it better my bad there

KMFDM (originally Kein Mehrheit Für Die Mitleid, loosely translated by the band as "no pity for the majority") is a multinational industrial band from Hamburg led by Sascha Konietzko, who founded the band in 1984 as a performance art project.

no matter what they do someone will always have an issue with it. shaky vocals?? theyre terrible singers. theyre actually stable?? backtrack and lipsyncing. just admit u want to hate on them and ur hiding behind 'reasonable criticism' which is just bullying lets not lie. they could cough in a mic and someone would say it was off pitch and they need to cough better

right. i won't hate these beautiful and hardworking girls because of a bunch of losers that rely on retweets and likes to feel better about their miserable life

flopped coachella, no point trying to defend them. just accept that their live vocals were off. hybe just wanted a quick money fix and really should’ve sent newjeans who live up to their hype. le sserafim’s trajectory is plummeting with underwhelming comebacks and the coachella performance was just another example of this.

maybe it's just me but i think people are being too harsh on them and jumping on the bandwagon of hate as if it isn't obvious that 1. most of their songs are out of their range, 2. lesserafim isn't a vocal-based group, and 3. they have such grueling choreographies to the point that every single member was out of breath... like it's not up for discussion that their vocals are average and they have a lot of room for improvement, but i think all this heat should be directed to the company and not the girls

This comeback is so disappointing. If HYBE wanted a change in concept like this, it should have been introduced with a single or collaboration song. The song is too safe, which makes it sound like a bad B-side or as I previously said, a collab song...so bland. I don't understand this at all. Sakura said she learned further rap lessons for this comeback and her rap lasted 3 seconds, just for it to be below mediocre As for the actual B-sides, just as lackluster as the title track. I also noticed that there seems to be a switch in the autotune levels for whatever reason. The majority of songs on this album have noticeably more autotune put onto the girls' voices, why? Discouraging in itself. This album is now the weakest in their discography. I don’t know maybe Le Sserafim made it too easy because it is just boring

SO. FIMCHELLA. okay so personally i do think the vocals can definitely be improved, BUT i will say that a lot of kpop stans (especially on twitter) vastly overestimate coachella attendees' standards... like if they have a fun time, they see someone have energy on stage and someone to hype them up, then they will be satisfied already. And in that department, the girls sure had energy and charisma, you can't argue that. Not saying that there is no improvement to be made vocal-wise, but for what I think they're best at, which is to perform, they did pretty good. And all in all, for a festival setup, that's also what you need.

ifans once again fighting for their lives not to accept that millionaires playing the biggest stage in the world is not a middle school talent show and fair criticism is productive

which is precisely why they constantly try to demonize valid criticism as literal bullying

No song over 3 minutes, and the title track... This comeback really plays in the new tendance of making "songs" for Tiktok, and I don't like it at all. And it's so bland too ??? Like people may have found Antifragile controversial, but at least if was fun, it was giving something... This new comeback is giving bland chicken breast without seasonings Hope it won't become a general trend in K-Pop (because Le Sserafim are unfortunately not the first doing this, and that's why I'm quite worried), because it's bad.

le sserafim was so good when they first debuted, i loved fearless ep so much because it sounded so fresh and i loved their concept and i was excited for what was to come. antifragile era was the best time to be a fearnot, because that was when they had a no skip discography. but with their recent cbs (unforgiven and now easy) i feel like theyve kind of lost their spark which is really sad because they had a lot of potential to be super groundbreaking and break the norms of girl group music and now they just feel like every other 4th generation group and their concept now doesnt interest me anymore. a lot of their music sounds really stagnant and tiktoky now which is really sad. i havent liked anything from unforgiven onwards and with their tiktok push and no songs above 3 minutes it just solidifies my belief that they truly arent what im looking for. best of luck fimmies but i wont be tuning in anymore

not that i have anything against the girls obviously. but i am a little disappointed that after all this time their singing is still kind of subpar.. i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt truly but its kind of inexcusable for professionals who make a career on being singers and dancers to not be able to do one or the other and it just kind of feels like spitting on your fans at this point because theyll still support you no matter what and it feels a bit icky to me

people are just expressing their disappointment. there is no conspiracy. there is no mass psychological delusion (except perhaps among emotionally unstable stans). group just released a very bad single on a very bad mini, are clearly being used to further their conglomerate CEO’s vision for a deathly boring and whitewashed vision of k-pop (shockingly unpopular among k-pop fans!), committed tons of plagiarism and CA in the process, and took the opportunity to yet again reveal themselves to be completely talentless as singers and rappers (if you can even call them that). if anything, the negative reception has been generous – one or two generations ago this kind of comeback would’ve ended a k-pop group’s fandom altogether

i ain't reading all that. ain't gonna pay attention to someone trying to be morally superior about kpop ON LAST FM OF ALL PLACES when you don't even listen to them. thanks for the free ted talk tho i guess. if i wanted to read an academic excerpt i would go find one on google scholar.
