It may seem like a long song, but it's worth the listen(s). Once it starts playing I know I can't turn it off because of the jam in the middle of the song. I can't possibly skip that nor any other part. Great song, great album, great band.

Yeah, I can hear hear the Leonard Bernstein/America and the ELP/Nice in this. This is not any of those, but something more. This possesses a certain anthemic quality, almost like an Elgar (Pomp and Circumstance) like groove at the beginning. I am also hearing some Procol Harum and Strawbs in there too. All of the best of that symphonic groove. [2]

Saw these once stoned out me 'ead at the Roundhouse and was totally floored at the time, they were loud and powerful and uplifting, great for a bit of the old head-shaking and hippy-dancing, but I never really liked their records very much. This is, well, ok if a little overblown

Congratulations for reforming to start with !!I thought that they had forgotten their instruments at first !!!! Oh no , the sound of the Ocean is in the background, sorry !! I like the percussion work...... I am not too enamoured by the progression of this track I'm afraid.

Nektar is not a bad band. [2]. This track is OK for a while, but eventually becomes wearisomely derivative and repetitive - not enough original ideas to fill 16+ minutes.

Nektar is not a bad band. However it seems more like plain old hard rock to me. If I had seen them live I might have formed a different impression.
