After learn and play bass and guitar in bands, Miguel Jáuregui started to study music at conservatory and then in University. Meanwhile, he began his e-music production in 1999 under the moniker of Basstk, based on the experimentation between styles and rhythms achieved in creative lapses forged with musical instruments, hardware’s, software’s, contemporary dance, theatre and literature; using glitches, noises, latin beats and techno grooves plus "fried basses", rare voices, corroded textures with sound-scape's and surrealist motives.
Later and taking the influences of epa sonidos (www.epasonidos.cl), a NetLabel he co-founded in Valparaíso, Chile, he creates another's projects: Lunkon, <|-¬_-¨¨-¬_- , Algn, Wirasacha, exploring in different styles like Ambient, d&b, Deep Tech and World Music. In parallel, he has been publishing releases in Gin Label (China), and the NetLabel's Bumpfoot (Japan) and Tropic (Germany).
Nowadays Miguel continue the coordination of epa sonidos NetLabel and the researching of contemporary and ancestral South American Music.

Luego de aprender como autodidacta bajo y guitarra y tocar en variadas bandas, Miguel Jáuregui comenzó sus estudios musicales en conservatorio y en la Universidad. En el intertanto, en 1999 comienza la producción de música electroacústica bajo el alias Basstk, basado en la experimentación entre estilos y ritmos logrados en lapsos creativos con instrumentos musicales, hardware’s, software’s, danza contemporánea, teatro y literatura; haciendo uso de glitches, ruidos, beats latinos y techno grooves más el aderezo de bajos salteados, voces ambiguas, texturas corroídas con sound-scape's de motivos surrealistas.
Más adelante y tomando las influencias de epa sonidos (www.epasonidos.cl), NetLabel que co-funda en Valparaíso, Chile, crea otros proyectos: Lunkon, <|-¬_-¨¨-¬_- , Algn, Wirasacha, lo que le da la oportunidad de explorar en diferentes estilos como el Ambient, d&b, Deep Tech y World Music. En paralelo ha publicado discos en sellos como Gin Label (China), y los NetLabel's Bumpfoot (Japón) and Tropic (Alemania).
En la actualidad continua en la coordinación del NetLabel epa sonidos de forma itinerante, internándose en el reconocer de la música SudAmericana tanto contemporánea como ancestral.
