Neon Pop Punk is a style of pop punk that emerged in the 2000s, popularized by bands on the Fueled by Ramen record label (e.g. Paramore, Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco, All Time Low, The Academy Is…, and Cute is What We Aim For). The sound was decidedly more poppy than regular pop punk, mixing mainstream pop, pop rock, alternative rock, and emo-pop and usually featuring more soulful singing.
