Just wanna leave you a quick shout that I am proud of you guys doing another mathcore index festival in times like these. Thumbs up for that, and I hope I can count on another mathcore index compilation this year :) I am counting on you and hopefully I find the time to look and listen through your bandcamp library with almost 800 releases I might have something to do (hopefully most of those are mathcore related :) ) Cheers, have a nice day / evening.

Thank you for another mathcore index volume. It's always a pleasure finding new wacky mathcore / chaotic hardcore bands. I also have bought this volume, and if there is anything I can do in helping out or supporting you, let me know.

Yooo thanks so much for following! I am rather obsessive when it comes to keeping up with that kind of stuff, so you've definitely come to the right place haha

I bought your fifth mathcore index compilation. There were a few artists I already have known, but that doesn't mean I didn't find anything likeable. Dead Empires, FAUS, Infal, Noisays, ODDISM and Rolo Tomassi were the positive ones which I didn't know or never liked before, but with the songs on this compilation they convinced me for more. I probably have to wait for another two years before the next compilation comes out I bet :) but it's good, take your time!

Yooo thanks for snagging that! You probably won't have to wait more than a year for the next one hopefully ^___~

How do you compile those compilations anyways? Do you know all of those artists or are they recommending themselves to you? It's always interesting to see that you have complete different artists on all those compilations, with some of them having only one album or ep and others with a bigger discography.

A mathcore festival is what the world needs. Sadly I am not from America so I couldn't join, but there were some interesting names on the line up which I will listen to in the coming days and hopefully find some new rare gems. Do you have any other recommendations within the genre?

yes, sooo many. I would start with our compilations, as everything I would be quick to recommend can be found there: mathcoreindex.bandcamp.com

Thank you, but this is definitely my style of music. I don't know what happened to my original shout here, but I can never get enough of good mathcore influenced bands and your first four compilations opened up my eyes wide enough to see that there are so many great bands out there. And you can expect that I will buy your fifth compilation like I did with the other four. After I have listened to the first four I found probably over 40 new bands that I instantly liked and bought their albums (I believe I had to pay 110 Euros or something like that for a good amount of great music), so yes you will be my future source for weird and mindfucking music :). I also saw that you have your own label, looks like I have to dive deeper into the artists on there.

Looks like I came around a good time as Volume 4 was compiled somewhere around 2017. I also have you added on bandcamp. I am the guy with the nicolas cage meme where he is in a cage full of bees, probably screaming for help or something :D. Anyways I will support your newest compilation probably when the next paycheck comes in the middle of the month. I have looked into the tracklist and yes I already like what I see: "The Callous Daoboys", "Cleric", "Cryptodira" (thanks for that live video of your mathcore music festival), "Horse Torso", "Journal", "Mouthbreather", "Rolo Tomassi" and "Storm{O}". The other bands are new to me and probably worth checking out.

Yeah, and even then Facebook's cutting that down all the time, haha. My band has around 400 likes (oh yeah, big time) and we're lucky to reach 20 people. Cool stuff going on there.
